WeLLatino was founded in 2017 with the aim to ameliorate health disparities found among minority groups and vulnerable populations. 

Our mission is to improve health outcomes by offering innovative care and delivery models in Spanish and English. We offer a wide range of healthcare services including but not limited to medication therapy management, self-management of diabetes, and chronic care management.

Although we started proving care to our Latino population we have expanded our services to other vulnerable populations as well.
